Like many of us, I was shocked and saddened by Blake’s sudden passing. I had met Blake for the first time in 2000 when I opened the Glendale Rack as HR Manager. Since that time, he has always been so nice and personable whether in person or on the phone. There was always that pause and slight worry when his name came up on the phone screen, but it quickly went away when he said hello. I will always remember him for his smile and kind demeanor and how he always remembered my name.
