I had the privilege of meet Blake several times in my career at Nordstrom. I have learned many things from him, not just about retail but how to be the best me in life. He was so focused on the employees and our feelings and successes , it felt like he was one of your best friends even if you just met him. I lead my team like that and live my life that way. Blake will live on for ever in the work of all Nordstrom employees
