I was fortunate to have known Blake for many years through my roles as store admin, regional admin, and Concierge manager at 427. He always remembered my name and made me feel as though I was one of the most important people in the store. When I was at the Concierge desk, Blake would seek me out just to say hello. When I retired from my management job almost three years ago, Blake did a good-bye video for me which our store manager, Kenneth Ma, played for the entire store. That was the highlight of my career at Nordstrom. I just wish I had had the chance to tell him how very much this meant to me.
