I started working at the Clackamas Nordstrom almost 15 years ago. I was impressed during my first year that Blake and other high executives took the time to come to our store and spend time with us at our state of the company meeting. He would tour the store and had time (took time) to speak personally with any one of us about our jobs. He was the most encouraging leader and his care was genuine. He will always be a bright spot in my memory. Since that first year I have seen and heard him several times in video and in person. He will be missed but his spirit is the true spirit of Nordstrom and he will always be here. Thank you Blake.
