When I opened 712 as a DM it was my first DM role and I was very nervous. When they told us he was in town and was coming to the store I did my best to avoid meeting him. When I thought he was upstairs meeting with my store manager I emerged from my department only to run smack dab into him. He smiled at me and my nerves seemed to settle instantly. He was so positive and so affirming and I will never forget that experience or his big smile!
P.S. it was also the first time I met someone who smiled as big as me! Lol
