Blake was always kind and generous with his feedback for me and my team. After a meeting, he’d often send an email thanking me and my team for our work and outlining what he liked about the meeting and what he thought we should change next time. One time I replied back with a suggestion that he clearly did not like. His response was, I like the energy and spirit behind your idea, Wayne. But we are not going to do that. Blake was an amazing leader and his kindness and generosity is a source of inspiration for all of us who are so fortunate to have worked with him.
