People First
I met Blake a few times, and he always took the time to say hello to everyone in the store and helped them feel important. Knowing that if employees didn’t feel good, they wouldn’t be able to serve our Customers to the best of their ability. He also traveled by himself, which I thought was extraordinary considering his stature with our Company. He walked in the front door with a big smile on his face, which was contagious. It enable people to open up and share their take on the business. He will be missed, and his memory will be an inspiration always. Blake, RIP.
