I lost my mother to cancer in January 2017. The last six months we had with her were very difficult, but Nordstrom worked with my schedule and provided much-needed emotional support. After her memorial, Blake took time to reach out to me personally with a warm note of condolence. I was truly touched that someone with so much responsibility and so many demands on his time would set aside a few moments to demonstrate kindness. Mr. Nordstrom will be sorely missed.
