Some people really make an impression on you, and Blake Nordstrom certainly was one of those people for me. I’m so sorry to hear of his passing. I remember the first time I knew he was going to “walk my floor” – I didn’t know what to expect. He was always a gentleman, always personable, always smiling…always a reminder of why Nordstrom was different from any other retailer.
